How to get access?
Contact your organization administrator to create an account.
Why can't I see the "Confirm payouts" button?
The button appears when the file contains payouts with uploaded status and you have confirmation rights.
Where to change language?
RU/EN language switches are available in the LK header and in documentation.
How do I open “My company”?
The section appears in the sidebar when your account is linked to an organization. If it is missing or you see a linking error, contact your administrator.
How do I add a user to the organization?
User management is available under “Users” for accounts with the appropriate permissions. Other users do not see this section.
What are limits and where are they configured?
Per-operation, daily amount, and daily count limits may be set by an administrator. Current limits and permissions are shown under Settings → Security.
Why is there no VTB/Alfa channel or Alfa tabs?
Alfa channel and Alfa-specific payout forms appear only when your organization’s integration and feature flags allow them. If only VTB is available, use VTB in files and forms or leave the channel empty (defaults to VTB).
